101 Dalmatians Release Event

I did get to go see the "101 Dalmatians" release of the new DVD opening night at the El Capitan theater in Hollywood.

Here's a few photos we snapped of Leonard Maltin's on stage commentary before the show with some of the people who brought the cartoon to life. The voice of "Anita" relayed on stage how she read lines to be a "Zsa, Zsa Gabor-like" voice of Cruella with Walt Disney and then put herself in the role of Anita in the cartoon when she felt better for that role. After her stage time, she came and sat in the row behind us, that was so cool that we got to sit in front of the voice of Anita for the entire show.

Fabrice and I were joined by our friend Peter for the show then we had dinner at Mel's afterwards. Peter is a good character.

Here's a funny photo Fabrice took of me in front of the display.

"Cruella, I need to make a call, get out of the phone booth you, bitch. ...and GET ME THOSE PUPPIES!"
