Costa Rica

After I left Ft. Lauderdale, I went to Costa Rica for a day on my "All You Can Jet" pass from JetBlue.
Jason Carter told me about a hotel and I used his recommendation. http://www.kekoldi.com/san-jose-e-index.htm

It was a quick trip and I did go by myself and it felt odd, but I totally liked it and think I can get used to traveling by myself more often.

As I look back on the trip, I think it was like a step back in time.
Look at these photos, in one, the 'Radio Shack' logo looks like it's from the 80's.
In one of the other photos, you can see a travel agency I passed with the TWA logo still in the window. Ummmm, they've been gone since 2001 eh? There is also an old British Airways logo in the window. Interesting.

I totally lost track of time.
I got some good rest and went out and came back to the hotel and then went back out. It was refreshing.
I thought, "...as long as I make my flight back to New York, I am okay."
I didn't know what time zone it was or exactly how long I was there, but it was way cool.
