I did some indoor go-cart racing last night at a VideoSecrets/Flirt4Free sponsored webmaster event for the XBiz Summer conference that is in town.I totally didn't expect to have that much fun. I mean, I did expect to have fun with my friends, but the racing thing never really thrilled me.
Let me tell you, last night was such a cool adrenaline rush.
I had to remember I was not Mario Andretti on the way home in the Honda Civic.
I loved squealing the tires and going around the turns really fast and stuff.
The give you a little stat sheet to the right, I still don't know what t he fuck it says, but it is cool huh?
I was very intrigued by the remote that the control guy had that slowed all the cars down at the same time. I mean, he had this like, remote control that if there was a hazard or there was a spin-out, or some fool crashed into the wall like I did, he just flipped his dial and we all couldn't go faster than like 5 MPH. When they cleared the hazard, he put us at full speed again. VA-ROOOM!
I loved nearly dodging the guys from NakedFratHouse.com. I mean, I came so close, it was so cool.
