...that's not my total intent.
I was thinking today about what I was "missing."
...and dating is not one of the things I think I am missing.
It I were to "date" someone, it would not fill a void. It would create a new satisfactory feeling, new good kinds of responsibility and new happiness, but it would not fill something I feel I am lacking.
In a point blank case, I would say, "I don't "date". It's just not me.
Why would I need to "date" anyone when all the social aspects and the sexual aspects of that part of life are filled other ways in my life? I mean, I get what you would typically want from dating, over and over with different people. Often, couples break up because they miss variety, ummmm... I get that AND I get paid. When I'm done, it's my call and it's done. When I want it to continue, I just keep it going. Tell me what kind of other relationship you can get that from? Frankly, it's a sweet, sweet deal.Point blank is not so clear for me. My "blank" is more "blurry".
So point blurry - I date very few people.
I mean, I do date, but I take it very seriously.
I "see" lots of people.
When I say, I spend time with lots of people - I mean it. I also mean it when I say, "I enjoy it."
I think you "see" someone first, then you "date". I am "seeing" Fabrice.
Aesthetically, he's a good blend of "hot" and "cute" when I want him to be.
Dating is a term that I reserve for my own definition of it.
I can count on one hand how many people I have "dated."- Chad was my first boyfriend in New Orleans, that was when I worked at hotels. My mom says, that because he was the first, he'll always be the center. She didn't even like him. We broke up because he said I never showed emotion when he needed to know it. He said, "When you are mad, you are the coldest person I know." He followed me to Ohio when I was there for a year or so, then he went back to New Orleans with Brad. We didn't talk for a couple of months and now that I still pay his cell phone bill, we get to talk once a week or so. I will always love him.
- I dated Murphy in there somewhere. Now that's a classic case of corruption. I fucked the boy up. He's well on his way to recovery, and I mean professionally back in New Orleans. I truly love Murphy too. Enough that I realize that he has to be apart or it'll mean devastation. He gained a special place in my heart that won't ever go away.
- I didn't "date" Andy Kirra. We didn't deny the label of "faux husbands" but the emotional vesting we both put into that relationship was more than most real husbands. He knows me better than I know myself sometimes. I don't want to dote on the relationship either, it was what it was and life goes on. I'm happy I know the bitch, I am happier I shared such wonderful experiences with him and I hope he does not go too far from me in life. So while it would seem the label of dating was there, simply put it was not.
- I dated Kyle Foxxx most recently. He is special. In some ways, he's ahead of his time. (...and mine.) I probably should have "seen" Kyle for much longer before we bumped it up. In every way, he's got to enjoy the time he's in now to know what he can get from it. He's an amazing kid and you can't find a price tag big enough to fit the value of Kyle Foxxx.
If I am getting technical, which I love to do, you can use carbon to "date" someone. What the fuck? What about if I threw a date out the window and hit someone with a date fruit as I was driving by, it would be a "Quick Date" or a "Drive-By Dating". *wink*
...blah, blah, dating was on my mind, so now it's on yours too.
