Tinkerbell in Trouble

While we were in Austin, TX this past weekend, we had dinner at a place that is an Absinthe Bar called Péché. (None of us drank any of the highly alcalcloic though, we had homemade gingerale and lemon-drop's made with Tito's.) (Isn't Tito's a way around the "No hard liquior" laws these days like Jinro?)

Absinthe has only been legal again in the US recently. As far as I can tell, in 1912 they said no, then in 2007, they said yes again. ...sorta. (The wormword is what's fucking it up.)
I think the last time I had some in Amsterdam, I threw up.

Anyway, the venue we were dining at had a look and feel of pre-Prohibition style that was relly cool if you ask me. (...and since it's my blog, it's like asking me.)
...except this decoration they had on the top shelf. I don't think it would make Angel Benton very happy. It seems to be an imprisoned Tinkerbell-like fairy.
I guess she tried to sell some or did something very bad and was thrown in a cage on the top shelf. Who knows?
...all I do know is - "Watch out Pixie Hollow." *wink*

I thought it was kinda silly. (...or scary for some.)

Texas Roadtrip Photos

Here are a couple more candid photos that Howard took while we were in the car driving from Austin to Houston. (Thanks Howard.)
I mean we were driving in the car and driving Howard crazy. *wink*

He snapped some other photos too on the way like these ones of an exit for a city called "Flatstonia," that sounds like a drag queen with no boobs or it's a way you know you are in real trouble. *hehe*
The middle photo was really cool. We had to pull over because the vehicle indicator lights said to, "CHECK LEFT REAR TIRE PRESSURE" and it made me feel loads of pressure, so we pulled over. ...but we didn't know what to do then, so MJ put air in the tire. ...then we let it out. We think it was overinflated. (...like my ego.) I didn't want the windshield to feel left out and there was water next to the air, so I used some of that too on the windshield. Cool huh?
The last photo is a rare one, it's of me working. Don't let it get out, please. I make that face all the time when I get calls. *wink*

Texas Hold 'Em

...that is "Hold 'em" 'cause we are on the way there. *wink*...Brandon Baker, www.rentboy.com and company are headed to Texas.

Check out this small ad that is to promote the event we are doing in Austin, Texas at Oil Can Harry's with www.rentboy.com, FabScout and JustUsBoys. It'll be cool to return to a stomping ground where I used to dance when I danced for ManWatch. I used to dance at Oil Can Harry's and Charlies's next to the capital in Austin. I have many a crazy night's story from Austin.

I will be in Dallas with Angel and John for his pageant on the 7th, then Austin on the 8th and Houston on the 9th.
...that's after getting back from London on the 5th. *whew*
It's going to be an exciting week of fun and boys that week, huh?

NEWS: Texas Take on Drag Queens

Wow, this is crazy.
First of all, you have to understand that drag is BIG in Texas. It's a way of life, folks. ...way. of. life.
One of my friends in Dallas sent me this link and I can't believe it.
WHAT THE FUCK?
The owner thinks he can ban drag queens from his bar because they don't match their ID photo.
Whoa, I am a bit outraged.

Check out the news story HERE.
