In one of my meetings this week with my boss, Jeff, he said, "Brandon, one of the problems you have is that you are afraid to ask for what you want."("...which is the complete opposite of Tom." He thinks he or we are owed everything to start with.)

He told me about a book he said I should order called, "Getting to Yes.'
I indeed placed my order today, so I will have the book when I return to my Hollywood apartment.
I am that much closer to "Getting to Yes." *wink*
If you are around me, be careful I might just start asking for what I want.
I really apprecaite that he tells me things like that constructively. I need to know these things. As you can imagine, I get things sugar coasted fairly often and it's not that good for me in the long run.
When I told Rusty about it he said, "Tell Jeff, you are going to a Rusty training class." *wink* I seriously think that Rusty is a wonderful example of it. In fact, now that I think about it, that's probably part of the reason that I adore him so much.
