I always say 10-4....that means, "I hear you." (...which does not always mean, "I understand.") *wink*
If I say, "10-4," that means, "Cool." or "Got it."

Using 10's are a way to communicate on walkie-talkies and other communication devices so that most of the people around can't understand.
Can you imagine how you might feel if you heard "fatal accident" instead of "10-54?"
While I don't want to speak in only ten codes, I support 10 codes.
