The Hurricane Damage Continues

WOW!
I heard from my parents today.

As strange as it is today was the first day I was able to log into my New Orleans voicemail as well and retrieve the 57 messages.

Look at this photo of the house over the stairs.
YUCK!
It looks like the whole ceiling over the stairs has fallen in.
My dad's positive attitude will keep the sky from falling in though...

My mom has relocated to Michigan where we are from during this time.
It makes no sense for her to be at home in New Orleans while they figure out what to do.

My dad continues to work on the house and church while insurance claims go back and forth. Of course, the deductible will be an issue for them, I am going to try to help them out with that. (SPECIAL THANKS to my friend who has helped me help them with that, that is truly a special thing that I can not tell you how much I appreciate!)

He works on the church and our own house, but my mom said he fell from a ladder and after visiting the doctor, has to take off seven days and not do anything.
Not doing anything will be the biggest problem for my dad.

I think my mom said that there is a visiting church group from Georgia who will help rebuild the church and they help at the houses too.

I know there are tons more people who are much worse off, and for that I am sorry.
It hurts too though, when it is so close to home.
Literally I mean. Wow, I have a hard time believing it.

I have not been home yet and don't know that it would be appropriate to head into that mess.
My mom wants me to go home and see it, I would just end up upset, so I said, "Unless it is to help rebuild things, I am not heading there."

I will try to nab some more photos from my dad, but I hate to see it.

The room that used to be mine and is now his office, got damage pretty bad.

Everyone knew this could happen, but the extent of it is so devastating, it makes me wonder what is sure in life.
YIKE!
There are not too many deep thoughts from me, and I want this to be a light-hearted outlet, so that is all I want to say.

Tonight on Nip/Tuck

NOTICE:
The PartyWithBrandon World Headquarters in Los Angeles will be closed at 10:00pm tonight for private party.
Thank you for your understanding.

Vanity Fair Cover

I am way behind, I know, but since it is such a surprise, I know you can hang in there...

Here is a quick image I did with Sister Roma, I read her bio on http://www.thesisters.org/bios/roma.html and decided I can help her out. I grab this image from the weekend and proceeded to the PhotoShop.

There are many more images and stories from the weekend in San Francisco at the Folsom Street Fair on the way...

Audrey Endorses RentBoy

This summary is not available. Please click here to view the post.

FAVORITE SPOTS: The Mission Inn Hotel

I have more to report from the night AT the Mission Inn, but I wanted to first get something up about the hotel.
"WOW!"
I have spent many a night at hotels, and NONE have been this beautiful.
Why this hotel is stuck in Riverside, California is probably the reason why it is so nice and not overrun with commercialism.
I can't say enough good about it's beauty.
We upgraded and went all the way to the top.
We stayed in a HUGE room on the 4th floor, with high ceilings and a cute rotund balcony overlooking the street.
I felt transported to another time and place while I was there.

In the morning, Andy and I walked around and enjoyed the nooks and crannies.
Not grannies, crannies!
*wink*

To see the link to the inn, CLICK HERE.
The two images here are from the general internet domain, I did not have batteries for my camera, but I will next time we stay there.

As for the report of what happened the night before when I hooked-up with Todd, hang in there, it's coming.
...just like I was.

-Brandon "Mission Accomplished" Baker

HOT LINK: Nip/Tuck

It's only a matter of time before I make my own Nip/Tuck page, but here is a HOT website that I found with LOTS of information and some wonderful graphics.

Hot HustlaBall Ticket

I made a couple of quick images to display at the Folsom Street Fair this weekend that indicate that you can buy HustlaBall tickets on sale at the booth we have...

Then I made Andy and I go on this laminating spree.
We laminated everything that was laminatable around us.
It was hot, I mean literally, the machine was tepid.
*wink*
We laminated NipTuck stuff, the posters for HustlaBall, his pages he signs at appearances, the article I have in CyberSocket this month, - ALL OF IT!
I say "WE laminated." but it was more like an Oliver Twist type of deal.
I stood over him with a stern voice and made him work harder.
Maybe not Oliver Twist and more like Kathy Lee in those sweat shops she knows nothing about!
"Work harder, Cody wants a pony!"
I was out of control.
I think I still might be.

Windy City Rumor

So I haven't been able to verify any of this so that official qualifies it as gossip.
...and you know I'd rather walk on my lips than talk bad about someone, so...

I got a call today from a concerned escort in Chicago who heard that an escort just got arrested in the lobby of a hotel.
He said he heard that it was just because he had an ad up.
I think that is unlikely but not impossible.

A few moments later, I got another call from the the area code of 312 but the caller did not speak.
When I called back there was no answer.

So if you are in Chicago, heads up.

Each city has it's quirks.
For example, escorts probably want to stay away from same day appointments in Las Vegas if you believe everything I hear.
...and in Chicago, things tend to be up and down.
It's one of the more dramatic cities as far as the escort world goes.

Missing Birth Certificate

Andy looked high and he looked low.
Of course, the low was much easier since he is so short.
Alas, there was no avail to find the missing document at his storage unit.
Next step: Move to plan B - B for Brandon Baker.

Nip/Tuck

WARNING:
If you have not seen the season premire episode of Nip/Tuck yet, don't read this entry.

I was dissappointed.

After the past seasons of scandal,
I mean true scandal,
not just "I-slept-with-your-girlfiend" scandal,
this episode was not that scandalous.
I like the fact that Nip Tuck had scandal like,
"I-slept-with-our-son,-who-really-isn't-our-son,-but-may-be-later-on." scandal.

I think it had more meaning than I wanted it to.
I watch that show to get away from emotion, H-E-L-L-O!

I liked the episode where the lady had the herion in her boobs and that was how they were smuggling the drugs across the border.
The drug dealer made them make him a new face and…
See, this is why I HATE getting involved in shows.
I have a hard time separating myself from them.

If I don't get every Nip/Tuck poster, action figure, DVD, and on and on…
I will be frustrated.
ARGH!
I know, it's just one of my many issues...

UPDATES

I think I have updated all of my sites in the last three days.

I overhauled www.HighwayBoys.com.
I hope to have it to a point where I stop doing the design over and add galleries.

I updated and brought back most of www.RentBoyConfidential.com.

I fine tuned and probably made more for me to do on www.PartyWithBrandon.com.

I have to work on Andy's site, www.ThatBoyAndy.com soon too.
It is nowhere NEAR what we want it to be.

Online Funny

I like to tout myself when I think I made a funny and while I was online tonight, I made one that, if I do say so myself, was quite the good one:
HIM: want my number?
H: or you too busy
PartyWithBrandon: No.
PartyWithBrandon: Unless it is tattooed on your dick, then I will get it myself.
PartyWithBrandon: WOW! I amazed myself with that one.
HIM: lol
HIM: mmkay
PartyWithBrandon: Good job Brandon.

Scary Kitty

I know is probably supposed to be cute, but it scared me.

It Could Happen.

Interesting Thought

I had a call today that I have to give some credit to.
Not validation, credit, kids.
He called and asked if I was willing to go get tested with him to bareback.
Even though I said no, I have to apprecaite that he asked something like that.
An asurance like that is something that you can't buy, is hard to get and easy to misconcieve.

Green Acres with Donald Trump and Karen from Will and Grace

NO WAY!
As I am watching the Emmy's, well part of it, the part that my ADD did not affect, I think I saw Donald Trump and Karen from Will and Grace singing Green Acres.

Sure enough, I did.
It's gonna be Green Acres of CASH for both of them with this HOT TICKET!

It's a unbelievable, "re-mixed" verison that just made me roll out of the chair.
HOT!

Silly, but FABULOUS!

If anyone hears or comes across a soundbyte where we can hear it, please let us know!

FAQ - Tilted Photos

Anonymous said...

I don't understand why all of your pictures are tilted- to the left I can understand but an equal amount are to the right!
Did you drop your camera, bump it into a pole or was it a feature which caused it to be (cheaper) less expensive, sorta like the cars some people buy which do not have turn signals.

Brandon Baker said...

Good question:
I guess it is my style. (...yea, I guess my style can make you a little sick. Sorry about that.)
I use a camera that can go underwater.
It is nice because it formats the photos for the web so they are the right size and quick loads. (Lord, do I hear that enough!)
I will post a photo on a special FAQ page so you SEE what I mean.
The camera is the Sony Sureshot U and the viewer is set little unique.
To answer your question - I like it that way ans it sets them apart.
Good thing though of why it might be. I bump into enough other things.

How to Tell if you are Going Too Fast!

Bush Fishing in New Orleans

It's amazing what you can do with PhotoShop.
...or is it?

Boys of the Moment

What is Time?

...but not before I mention tonight's mis-adventure.
I left work early so that I could go drive to take Andy to get his birth certificate from his storage unit about an hour away, so he can get his passport for Berlin.
We left LA and went to his hometown fast so we could make it by 8:00pm when the storage facility closes.
We know the value of a phone, so I am sure he called, but I think we jsut missed it.
That sucked!
We went all the way out there to - turn around.
...and get Wendy's.

I firmly believe that everything happens for a reason, so I am okay with it.
I just get kinda frustrated.
Of course, not with him!
*wink*

Thank you for chooing PartyWithBrandon.

HustlaBall Flight Attending

I booked about 7 of the performers flights this evening.
Booking flights is a bitch.
"What city are you leaving from?"
"Where are you returning to?"
Then I have the "primadonna" factor which is multiplied by the fact they are all porn stars.
"I want a one-stop flight with aisle seats facing this person."
YIKE!
Thank goodness, I am Brandon Baker - I can pull it off.
*wink*
I have some more to do tomorrow, but I am particularly fond of the amazing spreadsheet.
Now I am about to spread my own sheets and head into them!

Busy

Is there something I am missing today?
This is too abmornal, so many numbers I am calling are busy.
"Is this the Twilight Zone?"
*beep.beep.beep.beep.*

It's a strange phone day!
What the Fuck? (WTF?)

The phone in the office is set to ring simultaneously as cell phone, so when there is an overrring, I can answer it on my cell phone if I am in the office.
Today, I had one call coming in on the office line, which was Tom, then my cell phone rang with Rusty, then call waiting on the office line showed Nick from ID Lube.
YIKE!

Thank goodness for voicemail.

-Brandon "I SAY I'll call you back, but don't!" Baker

Nip Tuck

Have you heard of NipTuck?
Lisa first turned me onto it, and I strayed for the same reason the films last night get to me, but I see billboards here in LA and for gosh sake, I really do like that show.
I can't wait for the show to start this month.
Even though I can't be here to see it, thank goodness David has TiVo.

If you have missed the show and the idea, here you go:
Beauty, the saying goes, is only skin deep. The beauty of Nip/Tuck is that it goes deeper, laying bear the complexities and fragile natures often found in patients seeking cosmetic surgery. Dylan Walsh and Julian McMahon portray hotshot Miami South Beach plastic surgeons who are themselves in full-blown midlife crises as they confront career, family and romance problems. The series' cutting-edge stories range from funny to suspenseful to uncommonly powerful. The surgeries are graphically bold. The sexuality is rampant. Presented here in 13 first-season episodes on 5 discs and featuring compelling extras, the highly praised Nip/Tuck is a prescription for entertainment unlike anything you've ever seen.

It is truly out of control.

Hustler Shorts

Usually when I mention this one of our shorts are on floor in the bedroom.
Not this time.

Last night, David, Andy and I all went to OutFest Wednesday's at the Egyptian Theater down in the "real" Hollywood.
The program was called MY HUSTLER and while the offical program online says:
Not the classic Andy Warhol film, but a collection of shorts about hustlers that we can (or might want to) claim as our own. Highlighting men for hire from around the world - Canada, New Zealand, France and the U.S. - these are the gritty, visually stunning stories of rent boys with depth, beauty and that irresistible hustler mystique.
I think David thought it was going to be cute "hustler-esque" boys.
Instead we all looked at each other as we left and thought how some of the situations apply to real life.

I say in black and the program says in blue:
The first one was something with a tiring porn star who is hooking 'cause he doesn't know anything different.
This was probably the most like real life for me.
The client just pushed him and Stone, the hustler, just kept it as a "job", then at the end, they had a close moment.
ROOM SERVICE
DIR: Daniel Reitz, 2004, USA, video, 20 min.
An ex-TV star-turned-hustler is rented for a night by an obsessed fan.
The second was called "Build" and was about two hustlers who meet and kinda form a bond and "crash" together and the second takes advantage of the situation and rapes the other guys mom while he is out at "school" which is really standing on a corner with another education.
BUILD
DIR: Greg Atkins, 2004, Canada, video, 23 min.
Amid secrets and lies, a young man works to support his mother.
The third was very artsy.
It was about some kid who made new toy angels out of old ones that he found.
It was strange because the were no words.
It was kinda disturbing to me.
I really this kid had a rough life and saw a murder and rape and couldn't do anything about it, but rater than cry, I felt resentment for the screen. (...and trust me, normally I cry at the newest Acura commercial.)
BOY
DIR: Welby Ings, 2004, New Zealand, video, 15 min.
In small town New Zealand, a hustler discovers the key to a murder.
pic1
The fourth was entitled "Gold."
It was the only title I saw clearly in my memory.
It was about a hustler who a former artist hired to paint since he was kinda blind.
The hustler just did it and snorted all the money.
At the very last scene they had a emotional connection and the hooker broke down and the john was totally there for him.
GOLD
DIR: Armen Kazazian, 2005, Canada, 35mm, 16 min.
A drug addicted hustler acts as the eyes for an artist who is going blind.
The last one was all in French. (...and I have a hard enough time with English!) *wink*
It was about a rich, famous French woman who hired this youthful boy to give her what she did not have sexually.
She pushed him away towards the end and wanted to know why he did what he did.
He said his mom was a whore, he was raped, etc.
At the end, all he does it write about his life, and write and write.
...kinda freaked me out.
GIGOLO
DIR: Bastian Schweitzer, 2004, Germany, 35mm, subtitled, 15 min.
A beautiful Arab boy is at the disposal of Parisian jet setters.
I don't want to think about it too much, because I won't be able to separate myself from the movie for months.
It'll be like Dawson's Creek, I get so emotionally involved, it hurts.

Heading out of the Egyptian Theater into the night, we saw a lady on the street corner that TOTALLY embodied being alive.
She was feeling herself up and looked like she was in total ecstacy, right on Hollywood Blvd.

All the films being screened, I do get a little frustrated with the negative connotation that comes with hooking.
The first short and the one called "Gold" left me with blockers of good feelings, but the bad surrounds the good and makes it a bit roe difficult to understand.
fortunately, I think most people who spend their time at events like this have a deeper ability to appreciate than the general public.

Past the fact that selling sex acts is illegal, too many people try to figure out "WHY?" and can't enjoy the simple pleasures that it provides.
I hear/know of/have to many, not all, guys who want to "save" me from something that I don't need to be "saved" from.
Trust me, I can enjoy being selective these days on who I see, if I don't want to spend time with you, I won't.
If I am spending time with you at lunch in Los Angeles or any other time, you are in the clear.
If you are just stopping by and caught this entry, being an escort poses challenges emotionally that are typically stereotyped and true. (For example, I don't do this because I had a broken home, or was beat, or molested. None of the above for me. I do it because I choose to spend time that I am compensated for with people that I know WE can make a connection/satisfied because we WANT to and it feels good.)

...on that note, we WANTED to have dinner.
I wanted to to feel good.
We went to IHOP on Wilshire.
The service was AWFUL.
Andy and I had chicken tenders and David had a breakfast.
I was going to have a Split decision breakfast, but then I split a bit further.

I did not talk to either of the boys at the house about the movies, I think I would have had too much passion and it would have detracted from the good time we had.
Movies like that are not supposed to spark a riot in my head.
What the heck!?

Andy and I stayed up REALLY late into the butt crack of dawn with the sun shining in the room to say "Goodnight!"
I got alot done, I think he did too. (See next diary entry...)
Wait, that's not how it normally is, but not much about what we do is.

Have a Drink!

Andy's newest movie bites!
That's a joke, by the way, I say that because it is a vampire movie.
I am so slick.
I would say that if I worked for a lube company.
*woka, woka*
Seriously though, this entry is to tell you that his new movie "Thirst" produced by Adonis Pictures has made it's mark on the necks, errrr... internet this afternoon.
CLICK HERE to download the trailer.

When I came home from work, he stepped out of the bedroom into the hall and said, "You have to see this."
I thought, "Oh shit, he finally killed the neighbor above us for making all the noise, and now we have to hide the body!"
Nope, it was better!
Folks, take a look at this TWISTED flick.
I thought I did some crazy stuff when I did that PE Revenge movie.
Oh yea, I thought, "This is sick." when I strangled the gym teacher, and then raped the dead body.
You can be the judge of this one, out little "cutesy-tootsy" Andy fucks the hell (literally) out of a boy in the back of herse, playing a, get this, hooker.
"Waiter, reality check please!"

My thoughts, well since you asked - interesting.
  • Kudos for being the one that is different.
  • Andy in a straight-jacket? Hummmmm....
  • Granted I only saw the trailer, but he did a good performance. Or maybe it wasn't! AHHHHHHHHH!
I hear there is a sequel on the way.
Hang on...
Watch your necks
...and your favorite hooker.

On the Air with Brandon and Andy

We just added a webcam to the bedroom in Los Angeles last night.
I just logged on and Andy is still sleeping.
He's so wholesome when he sleeps, then he wakes up and... well, is not so wholesome. He turns into HOLE-SOME Andy! *wink*

I think it is WAY cool to have the webcam in LA.
Although I may be off on timing because we will not be the in the Los Angeles apartment most of October, but hey...

Of course, just like the rest of my site, this is free. On the same note, don't expect to see jack-off shows and the like, H-E-L-L-O we get paid for that stuff. *wink*
What you can see though, is the way we live in LA. It's our contribution to the reality wave that people are riding today.

We will keep you updated on the WEBCAM page of www.partywithbrandon.com.
It does not seem right for me to call it B-TV anymore becuase it has both of us.

Folsom Street Fair Event

When I first started with RentBoy helping with events, it was just that, I helped Tom plan them.
When I took this position with RentBoy, it was supposed to be so that Tom (one of the owners) could get away, write a book and not stress.
Now that we are 5 or 6 months into it, it hasn't happened and the thing has "morphed" into something like when Tom does his events, I MAY attend, but I stay out of the planning. On the other hand, when I plan an event, he TRIES to stay out of it and I do it as "my" event.
Either way, it is just interesting how things change and turn out NOT like you plan them at all - but they are still "okay."

These two photos are from the event we are doing at the Folsom Street Fair in San Francisco next week.
Performers cancel or change, venues change, and the sponsors realize the potential to reach a motivated audience.

I like the way they (the bars usually pay for the ad while we bring the porn stars and pay to have them housed) added the ID Lube logo on the first one, but I like the layout and form on the latter.

Bobby Williams

I am working on an event in Palm Springs at Heaven for October 8th.
We added a pool party on the 9th now.
I wanted some HOT and scandalous boys to headline the event, so I thought of a couple and placed calls last week.
Two of the ones who were higher up on my list were Rod Barry and Bobby Williams.
(Just a note for the porn public: Rod Barry is UNCUT!)
I was THRILLED to hear back from Bobby Williams today who confirmed for the event.
...searching for a publicity shot to run with ad, I came across this INSANELY HOT photo of him a photo shoot for RUFFSKIN.
"Jeeesh, Bobby - STOP YOUR HOTNESS, right now!"
*wink*

No More Wire Hangers!

Actually, Audrey - move over, Mommie Dearest would be more powerful above the bed, but I would want it in the closet more.

Oh and will you look at that, that frees the space above the bed up, decisions, decisions.
What to put up with a statement....
Hummmmm?

...this one would be more fitting about the bed huh?
Wanna screw?

DAILY DIARY: Leaving Las Vegas. Not.

We stayed in Las Vegas an extra day.
Boy, this is becoming a trend huh?

We were able to nab Wes Miller and have lunch that we pretended was breakfast at Einstein Bagels.
I learned alot from him this morning.
I need to get some "unknown" boys in touch with some "starving" photographers and get publicity shots in one of the upcoming issues.
If you have any ideas, all they need to do is e-mail me if they are a photographer and I will work with them to make it happen.
If they are a model, have them stop by my STAR SEARCH PAGE on my website and spend just a few minutes filling out the form and I will do the rest.
I want this to work for the magazine, the boys AND the photographers.

After the meal from the E=MC2 factory, we squared ourselves away with a quick trip the Cellular Depot.
Not too happy with the service today though.
We got a good deal on some cell phone holsters, a case for Andy and a car charger for the mobile maniac too.

As outfitted with cellular accessories as saw fit, we went with Wes in his HOT yellow Saab to Tower Records.
I bought a HUGE (I don't know the size, but it is larger than normal. I hope it takes up the whole wall above the bed in Los Angeles.) poster of Audrey Hepburn in "Breakfast at Tiffany's."
I figured since I never get up for breakfast, someone in the room should have it.
ESPECIALLY at Tiffany's.
...and HECK - why not make it obscene and HUGE as I could?
*wink*

NOTE TO THE SINGER EMIMEM: Sorry, dude, we ALMOST had a shirtless poster of you picked up, but Audrey wound up with the wall space.

I was also pleased to climb away from Tower with three more additions to my Robin collection.
How about that I don't even know if I saw records at Tower Records.
Regardless, I collect things with Robin from Batman and Robin.
(NOTE TO SELF: Take a photo of the shelf and post it!)
I purchased a mere $70.00 worth of Boy Wonder betterment to add to my humble homage to the sidekick.
I told the guy at the counter, "It would have been MUCH cheaper if they had stuck to one Robin."
I will get into it later on my Robin site, but there were several versions of the Robin character. I don't mean who played him, that too though, but the character was Dick Grayson, then Tim Drake, the Nightwing. Then the Chinese have their own version and on and on.
I HATE to see something with Robin that I don't have.
GayMart in Chicago and Tower in Vegas usually have the best selection.
This time I even got a Lego version of the Batmobile with a Lego Robin!
HOT!
Later at night, still on my Robin craze - I went DOWNLOAD CRAZY for my PocketPC and have some HOT new theme (screensavers) with Robin, Paris Hilton, RedBull, and more...

After some unproductive "office hours" back at the Vegas homestead, Andy and I went over to Applebee's for a simple dinner.

-Brandon "Batman puts the Wonder back in Boy Wonder!" Baker

PHOTO: Andy "Rub-A-Dub" in the Tub

Here is another REDICULIOUSLY hot photo of Andy in the tub.
I think this was in Ft. Lauderdale during Internext.
I know Corey Hart could make his "Sunglasses at Night" look good, but not many folks I know could make sunglasses in the TUB look this good huh?

- Brandon "I'm Blinded" Baker for Andy "I need darker ones!" Kirra

Nope.

Nope, I did not like the other version I tried of the diary.
I did like the fact that I could tailor it to have things like LOCATION and put the photos in more strategically among the positives.
I will try to learn SQL and PHP and get one of the "open-project" services up here shortly.
Until then, I will add the diary entries that I added there and only there ont his location.
Thanks for your feedback.

NEW DIARY FORMAT

This summary is not available. Please click here to view the post.

Humpty-Dumpty Sat On a Wall

So did we!
I forgot the keys to the Las Vegas apartment today.
I realized when we were heading to the door.
Thank goodness Lisa was on her way home.
When she got home, humpty and dumb-ty were sitting on the wall.
*wink*

Here is Andy and I at the Luxor 5 days ago.
Now we are back in Las Vegas.
Only for tonight though...

...and one more of Lisa and doofus acting, well, normal.
*wink*
