They are called wisdom teeth, but I don't feel smarter. *wink*...and my mouth HURTS!
I think my wisdom teeth are making their way into this world. ...and it's not pretty. ...unless I said it was pretty painful. ARGH!
I checked with the dentist today and from what I can gather, I think I need to have them removed. She checked my record and saw that indeed, on my last appointment, that was a recommendation.
Of course, it's not that easy. My dental insurance is a HMO, so it does NOT cover extractions. Each tooth extraction is $350.00 without insurance. ...that sucks.
I just want the wisdom that comes with the teeth, not the pain and extra work. *wink*
I don't like insurance, if I change to a PPO, it goes from $5.00 a month to at least $40.00 a month and is not effective until the first of the next month. This is going to take some administration on my part. (...and we all know how good I am at that.)
