Hollywood's Fired.

Yea, so Hollywood is on fire.

Rusty called me earlier and said, "We have to close the windows." I REALLY don't like my windows closed for much. It's so stuffy.

Then I heard it in the office, "Wow, you can see it from here."

Then I got some links forwarded to me from San Francisco.

Good think I am going to be in Palm Springs this weekend.

Tigerheat 29Mar07 Photos

Some nights all I can say is, "What a good night." This is one of them.
Trevor Knight, Lex Sabre (birthday boy), Blake Riley, Sebastian Rivers and several porn stars made this night another one of those nights where that's all I can say.
Howard Marr and Co. may be able to tell you more, but maybe not, that's his call.
It's not all I have to say because that's all I know how to say, that's all I have to say because trust me, any more would leave too much room for opportunity.

Shower Power

Rusty cleaned the shower the other day. ...that was nice of him. ...at my house, that's a dirty job! *wink*

Mobile

I was flashing my business card somewhere a few weeks back and I heard one of the most fabulous and totally unique comments I have heard in awhile.

It was so ummmm... blatantly correct that it took me a second to understand the misunderstanding.

I have New York Main Office listed.
I have West Coast Office in Los Angeles listed.
I also have my mobile number. ...that is my cell phone.

The person who looked at my card said, "Wow. How does Mobile fit in there?"
Now if you are like me you said the word sounding like "mo-bull" right? Yea, like the phone that you are mobile with and can carry with you.
He was thinking of it like the city in Alabama, "Mob-eel."

I pondered what he was saying and realized that he thought I had my last office in Mobile, Alabama.

I TOTALLY understand how that looks like that LOVE that he read what the words said. That's hot.

Dirty Deeds 27Mar07 Nick Marino

I put up the photos from FUBAR in Los Angeles last night up a little late today. Nick Marino, Jordan Michaels and many more hot boys were a dancing away. Zack Rockwood was there too, he's a hottie and a half.
I got to meet some new friends out too.
My Flash gallery is HERE and the HTML gallery HERE.

Jason Reynolds put up his photos last night. I hate competition. *wink* I must admit, he added some kitchy comments which I adore. You can see his photo gallery and comments from the peanut gallery at http://www.jasonrenyolds.com/fubarpictures.htm.

Inked

I wonder if I added up how much ink was on my wrists and hand from all the stamps I have had at bars over the years, how many words I could write. Whoa.

Boy of the Moment - Exchange Armpits

I snapped this photo of a hot Armani Exchange ad I saw when I was waiting at the valet for the car here in the last couple of days somewhere.
I keep thinking if I was on the other side of the street I could see his armpit, but then I have to remind myself, it's a one-dimensional image. ARGH!

Gay Life Travel Expo

I picked up Jason the other day and we went to the Gay Life Travel Expo here in West Hollywood at the Bel Age Hotel a few days ago. (I am running kinda behind in blogging because I have been so busy, but I am as well rewarded as I am busy, so no complaints here.)

I saw some friends from Here! TV that are always adorable. Matt formed GayWired, Gay Web Monkey and now is part of Here! TV, who will also be at the Pool Party.
I ran into David and his boyfriend from the Desert Moon Resort and OutBoundTours.
I also met this FABULOUS guy from Travelocity who I invited to the pool party and better be there. I always apprecaite such good personalities at shows like that.
I set up some possible deals with American Airlines for the HustlaBall's and other events too.

Trade shows are a cool thing about any business. It's a tough task to present your product with an edge or uniqueness that has not already been done. (...and it's always nice to get free "stuff" from these events.) I have seen pens, keyrings, stress ball thinggies, etc at all the events, that's not orignial. However, at this event the things that stood out for me this time were:
  • Rubber frogs, (...not rubber ducks) from the Griffin or Griffith Hotel (NOTE TO SELF: It didn't work that well, 'cause I can't remember the name.) (...thanks to them, I won't EVER take a lonely shower again. *wink*)
  • Loose tea from Yukon Pride Adventure Tours. (...that's really original.)
  • Chapstick in a cloth holder that clips to your belt from Travelocity. (I keep saying, "I have Travelocity flavored chapstick. Who knew Travelocity was a flavor? *wink*
I did not expect much from the event as it's a smaller one, but this goes to show me that I never know how much business I can get from going to something. (On the same token, it shows me how much I could miss out on from discounting something.)

Boy of the Moment - Masculine Pretty Boy

DAMN! There are some HOT photos of a RentBoy. I can't remember his name or city, so I can't link to his ad right now, but man, he's a hottie! He's such a good blend of masculine and prettiness. That's a hard balance to get if you ask me. Nice coc, nice body, nice armpits, nice tattoos, nice facial hair - yea, he's okay. *wink*

Black Party 2007

This is what I hear happened at the Black Party in New York this weekend. In a nutshell, someone on the dance floor at the event may have taken too many drugs. It may have been GHB. (...may, may, may - it's a protector really. It's only April and I am thankful for "may". *wink*)
(...from my feeble understanding, physically, GHB is not GHB until it's in your body. Your body turns variants or things like GBL into GHB.
Some medical uses of GHB are for the purpose of constipation. When used out of the medical purposes and moderation, not only make your bowels hard to control, it makes other muscles hard to control which is why some people may take it.
It works on muscles so another effect of GHB causes you to lose most if not all of your gag reflex. See what I am going with this and why it's a popular club drug?
CLICK HERE for more on GHB.)
Okay, all that mind, he may have been dancing, etc. and not known it happened but yea, that muscle control thing - posed a bit of a problem. ...for the entire venue when he "let loose". The smell was too much and people left kinda early.

It's something like this, a small, and fairly trivial thing in the whole scheme of things that can throw off a really hot party.
YIKE!

You can see a investigative report video HERE.
Lady Bunny wrote a bit about it HERE in her blog.

"Please Choose an Option."

So far, today has been busy but not crazy.
Know what I mean?

I have days that are crazy.
I have days that are busy.
I have days that are crazy busy.
...and I have days that are busy crazy.

Today was option number 2, just busy.
I was not running all over the place, but the time I was occupied doing something today was very busy and very productive.

It feels like a Friday to me.

Some of the sex industry headed off today for the Phoenix Forum so the office was kinda empty.

Rusty and I picked up my boss Tom at the airport today, so we both got some stuff done in the office today. (All three of us were in the office actually today.) They left about an hour ago and Rusty was kind enough to take Tom back to the hotel while I tied up some advertiser e-mails, voicemails, and questions as well as worked out some of the details for the upcoming RentBoy.com Pool Party this weekend.

I still have more to do, but I will do that when I am back at home tonight before we head to Dirty Deeds at FUBAR.

I wanted to get a quick blog out before I headed home and shifted into a home work mode.

Cheap Cruises

Rusty sent me THIS LINK for some cruises he found on Southwest Airlines website. In September, there are some 4 days cruises from Miami that are only $189.00. That's crazy low.

Boy of the Moment - Boy Culture Underwear

Well, hot damn!
...look at this photo I got today of the 'Boy-Culture' underwear in action.

It's no wonder that 'Boy-Culture' looks good on AND off boys.

Hot Wire

Here's one more photo and story before I leave my office and my ummmm... working hard day. *wink*

When we went to Kyle's house for drinks before the party at Here! I pulled in the gate behind someone. I didn't realize that you can't pull out (ummmm...) without a clicker thing either, so we were stuck.
Kyle had to go get someone.
Okay, drunk off the jello shots, Rusty, oh fair Rusty, jumped out of the car and was about to, I don't know, hot wire the gate!
He's hilarious.

Kyle came out with a gate opener before Rusty got electrocuted. *whew*

Working Hard

This is so tacky, I mean, I know people in my office read this, but that's okay... *blush*

I have this rip in my jeans. It's a hot rip on the leg. Today at work, I was thinking about what I hot night I had Saturday and I got so hard, my cock came out of the hole in my jeans. I couldn't get up for anything and hide it.

Gotta love Abercrombie and Fitch.

Kyle Foxxx Birthday Party at Here! Photos

Here are some photos from Kyle Foxxx's twenty-first birthday at Here! on Saturday. Now he's legal to do the things he has been doing anyway.

Oh yea, I remember this now, this is outside the old VooDoo room on the street corner, how fitting that we are on a street corner. *wink*

This is hottie houseboy, Eric. I wonder if he's available for bar mitzvahs as well.
STOP YOUR HOTNESS RIGHT NOW!

This photo of Jason Sechrest is adorable! I am glad he came out to the event. He's a busy boy, but never too busy for Kyle. (...or me. MAJOR POINTS for that, let me tell you.)
Jason, Angel and Rusty are too cute for words in this photo huh? Well they are too cute for words if I just put some words so nevermind that. They are just plan cute.

Thanks, Tom for this photo of the waiter's hot armpit. Now that's what I am talking about.

...and more thanks to Tom for capturing the moment when I saw the bill. My eyes turned white, my hair turned white and my credit card turned red. Okay, it wasn't that bed, but I had three bills one just under $100 and two each about $130 somehow.

...that's Rusty with www.PartyWithBrandon.com on his mind. get it?I have the watermark over his head so it's on his "mind". Whoa.
...and take note that Tom's photos I have watermarkred with his e-mail so that he gets some long overdue credit.

Money to Throw Around

Apparently, Rusty has money to throw around. *wink*
He threw this wad of money at me the other day when I said something to him.
I swear, you never know what Rusty's going to do.
...I do wish he'd throw more money my way and let me keep it. *wink*

Area Codes

I just saw on Tyler Mason's new RentBoy ad that there's a new (Well, not so new to the city, but new to me.) Los Angeles area code.
424 joins 310, 323, 626, 818 and 562.
I always say, "You know you are an escort when you know all the area codes that come up when your cell phone rings."
The best resource that I have found for area codes is this site: http://www.bennetyee.org/ucsd-pages/area.html.
...all about area codes? CLICK HERE and have fun trying to decipher all that information.

Recycle

I recycle.

In my kitchen I have this little, baby, trash can next to my big brother refuse bin.
The little one is for cans and bottles.
The big one is for everything else that's trashy in my apartment. Well, almost everything that's trashy. It's hobbit sized, but not that big. *wink*

I usually step on the cans so that I can fit more in the little can. (Plus, it helps me get rid of some anger sometimes. It's fun.)
In New Orleans, I just had to put the recycling out on a different night than the garbage if I was at my parents. most of my apartments had a separate space designated for recycling. You'd think that Los Angeles would be ahead of New Orleans in that respect, but nope. I have to go through extra work to recycle in Los Angeles.
My experience has been with just about anything, the easier you make things for people, the more apt they are to do it. So if there's something I really want someone else to do, I made it as easy as I can rather than ask twice.
I stopped by last week on Monday to drop off the recycling to this place that is on my way to work, but there was no one there, so I took the cans back to the car and waited until Tuesday. Tuesday when I drove by there were some cute boys that must have either been doing community service or just helping out, either way, that made my can dropping off experience much better. *wink*

I just wanted to encourage everyone to recycle. ...even if it take a few extra steps. (There could be cute boys involved. *wink*

"It's a Drag..."

I am headed to Texas for a drag pageant.

Angel Benton and Benjamin Nicholas are judging the event. In fact, Benjamin Nicholas and his 15MinutesMore are sponsoring the event.
My friend Jason Carter owns the pageant.

Originally I was so going to just go and see him, partake in the fun and see if I could weasel my way into the dressing room. *wink*
Jason asked me if I can audit the show so now I have an official duty. I can make sure the contestants scores are tabulated correctly.

Jason is what I call a "tranny-magnet" everytime we go somewhere, if there's a tranny within 20 feet, they are attracted to him. I don't know what it is, but I love it.
...and I am not talking ugly trannys. I am talking about the ones that you can't tell if they are a real woman or not.
I think it's a phenomenon actually.

I am not particularly intrigued by that genre. I mean, I like boys that look like boys. However, I have nothing against the tranny market. *wink*
In fact, I not only support it, I admire it. They do something that entertains me and they work hard at it.
I know from being around Brad in Ohio and Jonathan who was Monica masters and Anthony who was Samantha Styles almost daily, (I think I have photos at home of them, I should put those up too if I remember when I get home tonight.) that it's one of the harder forms of entertainment. ...and for that reason, I admire anyone who does that. The entertainment value of this for me is going to be FABULOUS!

I booked a luxury hotel I have heard alot about called the Melrose Hotel. I am excited to stay there.
I can't wait to party in Dallas too that night.

VidioView

I don't know if I blogged this or not, and I can't find where I did.

I have a not-so-new column up on www.VidioView.com where I wrote about something hot and something cold in the news. I tried to come up with clever topics for each set of opposites.
I think it's cute. (...so are little bunnies.)

You can CLICK HERE to read the column or go to Mark Adams VidioView.

Do You See What I See?

I was driving past this liquor store on Hollywood Blvd. the other day and I saw this sight.
I always like to snap photos when I can of silly things like this.

It looks likes a person hanging down from the sign in front of the building.
It's a mannequin and I don't know what purpose it has, but if it's for getting attention, it worked.

Maybe she was trying to escape from the hostel located above the store? ...from what I hear she should be trying to get INTO the hostel with all the cute foreign boys that stay at hostels. *wink*

Everything Happens for a Reason

More so than many other things in my life, I feel confident that everything happens for a reason. In fact, I feel so confident that I feel like I push that belief on other people sometimes. When I am pissed off about something I find comfort that there is a bigger reason in the whole that it happened.

An example would be if I missed a flight. I know it's 'cause of my poor planning that it happens most of the time. However, I can sit back after I missed a flight with comfort because I think that happened for a reason. If I had caught that flight I believe I was spared another situation. It does not have to be drastic like a plane crash, but rather I can think I would have sat next a crying kid, or one that pooped at the begining of the flight and it would smell the whole way. Even something as simple as my seat would not have been comfortable. I didn't "see" that in a dream but I just know things happen for a reason. See what I mean?
That time I just won all that money as the casino is a good example too. It could have been luck, I understand that. Lisa wandered off on her own. I wanted to go home so bad, but didn't have the opportunity to voice my thoughts since she was not there. I just thought, I will sit right here 'cause I feel like I should and wait for what is supposed to happen to happen and Lisa will wander back and we will go home. What was supposed to happen did and I was able to pass it on. ...that's hot!
If you see me as more comfortable at times like this and nonchalant, that's probably why.

...and of course, as with any belief rather than fact, you can discount this only because with beliefs, I (...and everyone else on this earth) finds a way to rationalize his or her belief as right so they don't feel dumb in what they believe.

Premonition Movie Review

Jason Sechrest, Rusty and I went to see the new movie Premonition last night. I think it was good.

I still can't understand it. I can't figure out if it was flashbacks, future dreams or really happening.

The definition of premonition is
A type of psychic phenomenon, a premonition involves an individual or individuals who has a vision or dream regarding an event which will occur in the future. They have been reported for centuries; the subjects of premonitions are varied. No properly conducted scientific studies support the existence of this alleged phenomenon, although history provides occasional anecdotal evidence. ...
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Premonition
The movie stuck to that idea for sure.

My reccomendation for the movie: I had a thought before I went to see it and it was true - *wink* Don't rush out to see it, but it's not something that I would totally miss out on. You'll see what I mean. *hehe*

I think sometimes in hindsight, I have had a few inklings of something to come, and there are plenty of times, (TRUST ME) that I think of how I could have prevented things IF I had an idea of what was to come.
If I could wish for a superpower, I would not wish for premonitions. I like it the way it is. In fact, I would feel pretty sorry for someone who did have this ability.

I like that the premise of the movie is that everything happens for a reason. THAT I stand behind very strongly.
There was one scene in a church where Sandra Bullock's character is talking to a priest and alot of the main message of the movie is delivered. Even if I slept though the rest of the movie, and saw that part, I could have done okay.

I have to mention this too. My dad and I were in a video store and the trailer for "Speed" with Sandra Bullock came on. My dad said, "She's hot. I'd bone her." I was shocked. I said, "DAD!" and chuckled inside that he said that. *wink* I can't handle my dad talking like that. Dad's are not supposed to do that. ...that's all I could hear everytime I saw Sandra Bullock on the screen. YIKE!

Baker and Benton

...even though the initials of our last names are B in Baker and B in Benton, the B&B would make us B Squared. However, we generally are regarded as are anything but square.

Angel and I finished our first draft of a new column we are writing for a national magazine.

We took the "Statler and Walforf" or "Ebert and Roper" thing to another sexy new level and both touch a few subjects that are prevalent in the gay culture. We both offer a bit of sarcastic humor both playing off the stereotypical roles we have in the industry.

It was fun. Of course, we finished it last night at about 11:45pm knowing it was due today, so I pushed Angel to wait until the last possible minute, literally, to finish the first one.

Angel's a bitch. Yea, he's rough sometimes. You should see what we didn't write. *wink* Actually, you shouldn't, we'd be in trouble!

Overdue Stamp

There are many, many things in my life that are overdue, but considering how many times I get to post on the weekdays, the weekends seem empty when you look at my blog.
There is a good reason for that. The weekends are just a little crazy most of the time. ...just a little though. *wink*

I have to keep some semblance of order during the week so that I look like I know what I am doing at work.
However, the weekend rolls around and the semblance is out the window like the summer breeze.

Scott Boardman put this in his blog last week.
"I guess every weekend cannot be a Party with Brandon (www.partywithbrandon.com) moment!"
While that sentiment is understandable, I beg to differ. One weekend or two days means that there are 2880 moments are in a weekend. ...that's a while lotta party time. PartyWithBrandon time means FUN time!
