Cars in Cuba. ...and Shoes.

...just when you thought you had it tough.

Check out THIS LINK of an article in 'The Economist' magazine on Cuba, cars and driving in on the times.
It's not a long article and an easy read, but a bit provoking as far as I am concerned on perspective.
I mean, whoa, that's crazy.

After reading this article I can't help but think,
How important are shoes, really? (...to understand this comment, you have to be a long time reader of my blog [...at least since Februaty of 2007), be the elusive Andy Kirra or check out this brief post. I am so surprised at how many times in my life, myself or my friends bring up this story.)

BUTTERPECANDELIGHT

Here is another one of those ads. Do you know what it's like to call and ask, "Is butterpecan delight available? Yes, I need to verify some information on a new ad. Butter. Pecan. Delight. ...that's right."
He's knows about the shift key too, that's good.

Boy of the Moment - Nice Udnerwear

...those are some FIERCE underwear. I love it. He makes them look even better!

The Leauge of Cliche' Evil Super-Villains

If you ever need a villain, here are your choices of "cliche' evil super-villains." It's like a stable of generic choices for anything needed. Fierce.

I think the cartoonist was Scott Johnson.

Hollywood and Vine Fire

I have been writing about Hollywood & Vine lately. ...and now look what happened.

A couple of blocks from my house caught on fire today.
Ricky and Damien came home about 7:30am and I mean, I normally hear the new helicopter in the morning and it pisses me off, but today, it was out of control there were so many and it was so loud. I told them, "Will one of you go out and shoot down the helicopters please?" Ricky replied, "Girl you didn't know? There are six of them. [helicopters] Hollywood Spa is on fire." (...for the record, it was not, it was the nightclub Basque that was on fire.)
Damien turned on the TV and we watched the firefighters blacks away battle the blaze as I feel back asleep.

You can read the NEWS here.

Sex Education Video

I swear, I have to give other people credit for writing half of my blog with the stuff they send me. The most fabulous scout sent me this today with a title of "Putting video cameras in the wrong place..." and I immediately wanted to see what it was. I was thinking of a location in a store or something, not in a vagina in a sex education video.

You can see the video HERE. It's a guy cumming in a girl with the camera inside the girl. Fierce. It was kinda hot. I like the cumming part. HOT! I think it's great, I watched it twice.

All those educational videos are always scary. I think they have to be. I was afraid of sex for a long time after my sixth grade sex education too.
Then I got a REAL sex education around high school and now it's a whole new ballgame. *wink*

Boy of the Moment - Dirty Fighting

Wow, this boy is HOT! HOT! HOT! and dirty.
Boy fighting are hot.
Shut up Angel. *wink*

Sommore "Queens of Comedy"

I have to tell you, she and Mo'nique (She's coming in my blog later.) are HILARIOUS. Everytime I see Sommore, I can't stop laughing. She's so funny. She's obscene, she's irreverent, she's loud and at times annoying, but she's FUNNY! I love this skit.
It's only 10 minutes long, and she's a mess.

She even makes fun of her being in jail with some lesbian stuff. (She was cleared of the drug charges.)

I think I have a thing for black women.

Leslie Jordan

I am a fan of Leslie Jordan based on a few recent interviews and his IMDB record that reads;
Claims his childhood heroes were Christopher Isherwood, Truman Capote, Tennessee Williams and gay hustler boys.

Boy of the Moment - Nik Carmi and Dan Lins (Playgirl)

Ricky brought home a Playgirl Magazine the other day. Man has it changed since I bought it years ago in shy excitement.

This guy to the left, Nik Carmi, is a cutie with his dark hair and red cheeks. YUM!

The guy to my right is not a new comer to my blog and is still smokin' hot. Man, he's something I would like to find and fuck. He's HOT!

Arkham Asylum

I got, no, I purchased, I have to stop saying, "I got", that sounds ghetto. Even thought I grew up in Detroit until high school, it's not right.

"I purchased" a t-shirt at Universal on Sunday that is to the right.

If you didn't know Batman and Robin, you might not know that Arkham was the place where the "bad guys" in Batman and Robin ended up. I liked that Batman and Robin didn't "kill" people and just locked them up when I was little.

When I wear it, I think it should be Robin outfit.
It's a twisted way of making sure people know I like Robin.

Arkham Askylum is short for Elizabeth Arkham Asylum for the Criminally Insane.
You can find out more about the fictional place HERE or just watch a few Batman and Robin cartoons based off the comic books and you can see it there too.

Rusty's New New New Car

I don't know what Rusty is doing, he gave the Mercedes back and yesterday he got a Hybrid Civic. He went from over the top, to socially responsible in a day. Go him.

I don't know the whole story on the car deal, nor do I really care that much. If you want to know more, Rusty may post something on his blog, he may not.
Either way, he is still selling his other car, his R2000 or S2000, whatever it is and I will keep whatever he gets and make that payment until he gets his new one.

It's all about Rusty and his cars, whatever he wants.

Hey Jude

This is too much. I mean, wow. WOW.

Cute RentBoy Alert - MJ Taylor

Man, these boys are killing me with their hotness. ARGH!

This is new boy on www.rentboy.com that I got through my friend Tyler Peter in Las Vegas.
Well, he must have had some contact with FabScout too because this is the image we used for the VIP after-party in Las Vegas at HustlaBall time and that came with the photo talents of Gio, so he's connected all over the place.

Well, if he wasn't available before, he is now and you can find his at www.rentboy.com/MjTaylor with some other HOT photos.

This one is hot, the photo is from Gio's new book due out that is of boys, "After the fight." I can't wait to see it. The images are HOT! HOT! HOT! and right up my alley.

NEWS: CSI Star Facing Drug Charges

Ummm.. he just missed White Party in Palm Springs, that was LAST weekend.
Man, he wasn't fooling around was he?

Cafe' Audrey

I am in a bit of a cafe' mood recently. I like finding "undiscovered" places in Hollywood and trying them. The problem is when they are "undiscovered" they usually lack something or they would be ummm... discovered. It's a switch blade.

I got up early this morning and went on a walk down Hollywood Blvd. Hollywood Blvd. looks different in the morning. ...and not the same different like New Orleans does in the morning. (Boy that was a mouthful.)

I found this place on the next block from Starbucks and passed up the green giant to try this black and white diamond.
The place is crazy black and white, in fact, there are a few colors inside, but other than that, I would think we went back to a black and white time. ...that was way cool. There is Audrey Hepburn stuff ALL OVER! on the walls, the seats, even the ceiling.
They have Audrey Hepburn merchandise, photos, and hundreds of other all Audrey, all the time. *wink*

On my quest for drinks, I ordered this unique drink called 'Elixr' brand, with the flavor being called "Virtual Buddha" It was good. It was peaches and herbs. You can find out more about Elixr HERE. I wont' be rushing back, but it was worth finding a parking spot for some other day.

New Guest Star at the Pimp Plaza

Optical Illusion - Colorful

This is a crazy optical illusion. No, I don't think your computer screen is moving.
(I had to make sure the drink I had on my desk wasn't some of that stuff my uncle used to keep on the top shelf of the fridge. YUCK!)
I also chose to remind myself, "...that's just what I need is an optical illusion. It's not like lots of my life are spent LIVING one or helping people create their own." *wink*
...both of them are fun and colorful though, huh?

Site of the Moment - www.Watch-Movies.net

One of the boys told me about this site called www.watch-movies.net.
He said, "You can watch movies, even unreleased movies anytime for free."
I said, "...and it's legal? I don't think so."
He showed me the site and sure enough, there is a huge selection of movies that start playing right away for my very own viewing eyes.

The website disclaimer says:
Disclaimer:
Watch-Movies.net is absolutly legal and contain only links to other sites on the Internet : ( rapidshare.com, megaupload.com, megashare(s), mega, dailymotion.com, myspace.com, ouou.com, stage6.com, tudou.com, veoh.com, youku.com, youtube.com and others.. ) We do not host or upload any video, films, media files ( avi, mov, flv, mpg, mpeg, divx, dvd rip, mp3, mp4, torrent, ipod, psp ), watch-movies.net is not responsible for the accuracy, compliance, copyright, legality, decency, or any other aspect of the content of other linked sites. If you have any legal issues please contact appropriate media file owners / hosters.
What is this world coming to? The movie companies have to make money somehow.
I understand that it's only links to other sites, that's a tricky way out.
The site even makes note that movie links are not up for long.

Bureau of Communication

I came across this fabulous website where you can fill out forms online and print them so they look very official. (I like that you can fill them out online and print them so they look even more official.)

They are forms like "FORMAL APOLOGY" (I will be using that one often.) and "STATEMENT OF GRATITUDE."
There is even an "OFFICIAL INVITATION" that is perfect for a few instances I deal with that I absolutely love and can't wait to employ.
The newest form, "DECLARATION OF ROMANTIC INTENT" is hilarious and totally practical.
I love it, that's so cute. What a great idea.
You can even "stamp" your form with some totally traditional form stamps and some not so traditional.

The content of the forms is well thought out and makes me chuckle and just want to fill out forms for everyone. Forms, forms, forms.

I had to check twice when I saw it to make sure it wasn't something I was missing.
Now, I feel like I am an officer for the bureau or something that does not even exist, but should get a whole lot more attention if you ask me.
Maybe their home office is shaped like a hexagon. *hehe*

Check out www.bureauofcommunication.com and take an official stand on things. *wink*

Universal Studios

Sunday, Angel and my little friend Marc went to Universal Studios. Several of the boys WERE going to go, but Saturday was too much for most of them.

We went about 2:00pm and stayed until an hour before it closed at 6:00pm. At about 5:00opm, right after I had I screamed at the top of my lungs, "Oh SHIT!" on the Mummy ride when I didn't expect it to take off so fast and almost peed my pants, I pushed for all of to head home and beat all the traffic. I didn't realize how close I live to Universal until I drove home.

Here's a photo of me in a "London" style phone booth on one of the "sets" that Julia Roberts used in "Notting Hill" and one of me on my street. BAKER Street - now that's a street corner I should be on. *wink*

I have about 100 photos from the afternoon, I have to get in a gallery of course, but I singled these out because I particularly like the "BACK LOT TOUR" that we took. Angel used to DO IT in Japanese, but of course, he picked the front friggin' row right in front of the tour guide like I bet he always picked in school. (I was too busy in the back row playing with myself.)
When we got to the part from the airline crash with Brad Pitt in "War of the Worlds" I just can't get over how real it looks. I mean, if I was asleep and woke up on that ride, I would have thought I was in a plane crash and I was on my way to heaven. It is simply and utterly amazing. Here are two of the photos that I encourage you to enlarge and just look at the detail. It dumbfounds me every time.

I will put some other photos from the sets, that I took paying special attention to what I haven't before. I have more to write this time, because I have done it three or four times now, so I pay attention to smaller things now rather then the big picture.

Saturday at Here!

Saturday night, we went to Here! Lounge to see Chi-Chi DJ.
I guess I had a good night, at least I have some receipts that make me think I did.

I wish I had more details to report but I was pretty lit that night after a fierce dinner that I had with the owner of CockyBoys. Sorry.

I know I went out with CoolTom and beautiful Elias afterwards because I didn't want to go home and wake the people that were there up, so I stayed out late with him and we went to Denny's on Hollywood Blvd. and Gower. NOTE TO SELF: (...and everyone who reads this blog.) ...that's not the Denny's we want to go to again.

In this photo I took with Jonathan Chang, all I see is my gold teeth. DAMN!
Now, if you are really glutton, click this smaller close up image to the right and you can see what I mean. It opens as a very large image, so be prepared to be very scared and have medical supplies on hand. Thank God I didn't snort anything before this photo was taken or you sure would be able to see it with that many megapixels. *whew* It shows all my imperfections, so it's great to post on the internet huh?

...and what's best is, I found it on EBay. CLICK HERE for the listing. You have to go to the listing or website for the prices. I am sickened by the fact that I could get an entire missile silo (three available) for with just about $300 more than I pay for 483 square feet in Los Angeles, I could have 150 tons doors and an entire silo. FUCK THAT!
It is the middle of nowhere, but it's a friggin' missile base.

20 Products We Can't Be Without

Thanks to www.geekologie.com I have a filtered list of products that I just don't know you can't live without.
...and I love checking out the site for products that baffle my mind and tickle my fancy.
  1. Ghost Detector Cell Phone Strap - Just in case you want to find out if you are around a few spirits. ...that you can't drink.
  2. Bar Credit Card Reminder - I won't leave my credit card at the bar ever again and spent Sunday tring to get it back.
  3. Brush and Rinse - Redirect the water of your sink to rinse your mouth. BRILLIANT.
  4. Google Ring - All I have to say, is, "Oh no." If I have to sync one more thing, I am going to need a USB Hub with 24 outlets.
  5. The Back-Up - Only if you live in Texas would this be okay.
  6. Flower-Shaped Urnials - Pissing Pollination
  7. Toothbrush Chair - What about flossing?
  8. Disco Ball Chandelier - Oh God, Angel don't get any ideas. I wouldn't want to stop dancing.
  9. Birds on a Wire Light - Nevermore. I'll take two.
  10. Pimp My Bed - I want this. I want two of them.
  11. Bread Keyboard Rest - I would be the one to try to eat it.
  12. NYPD License Plate Scanner - I am scared.
  13. Pock-It Notes - I would be covered in these. I'd never have to wear clothes.

  16. Don't spill your drink.
  17. Radiator Food Warmer - How come I didn't think of this? I mean really?
  18. Gold Pill - This might be dumbest thing I have ever seen.
  19. Manhole Rugs - Neat. No really.
  20. Jet Engine Desk - I mean, all the airlines are going bankrupt, they have to go somewhere. I like desks, I like intriguing desks. Fierce.
There are just too many products on this site that I want to share, so I may have to do a few more lists of singled out items that I am sure we won't be able to live much longer without.

No Internet

I get pissy when my internet connection is not fast enough or egads, gone.
Last night, I was working with Angel and thought the internet was working in my aprtment, my own server was having some issues and that was bad enough. (...and by server, I don't mean Derrick. Well, wait he was having issues too.)
Even though I feel guilty like I did something I know I should not have, since I was never allowed to watch South Park or Bevis and Butthead when I was growing up, I watched an episode today when my friend randomly sent me this episode of South Park where,
"One day the citizens of South Park wake up and find the internet is gone. When Randy hears there may still be some internet out in California, he packs up his family and heads west."
I watched it briefly and ummmm... man, what if there were no internet?
How DID I get the news before the internet.
...and porn, forget it.
What if my internet did not work at work? I mean, it's an internet business, so it would be extremely detrimental, but what would I do.
Whoa.

You can watch the South Park episode in its entirety HERE for free.
Remember, though that is thanks to the internet.

Hell, I get upset enough if I have to use dial-up and nowadays, I don't even know if I have a dial-up account. NOTE TO SELF: Find out.
I mean, I pick hotels sometimes based on free internet.

Kwik-E-Mart 7-11 Stores

In a what I think is BRILLIANT advertising and promotions, 7-11 turned 12 stores into the fictional, cartoon, "Kwick E Mart" in TV's "The Simpsons".
They themed everything in the stores like it was in the cartoon and basically "converted" the standard 7-11 into what it would be like on the cartoon.
Fucking FIERCE!

I am going to ask Angel Benton if we can go there this week and check it out.

The best set of photos I found on the internet that show the Burbank store on the corner of Olive & Verdugo are HERE.

Other U.S. Kwik-E-Mart locations are in New York City; Chicago; Dallas; Burbank, Calif.; Los Angeles; Henderson, Nev.; Orlando, Fla.; Mountain View, Calif.; Seattle; and Bladensburg, Md.

The idea of that corporate conversion is fascinating to me.

Aloe Vera

I am having this problem with my camera where it turns the power on but the shutter cover/automatic lens cap, whatever you want to call it, won't open so that's why this picture looks like this. I had to hold it open. ARGH!

Aloe Vera - it sounds like a drag queen that I want to see on a stage in a dry climate like Arizona. "...and please welcome to the stage, Miss Aloe Vera, for tonight only."
...and just for the record, for some odd reason, two people in the last seven days asked me if I have slept with a drag queen. My answer to both was, "Not today." I seem to recall some times in Austin, TX that were pretty hot with a drag queen. My memory does not fail me either when I had some out of control hot times in Ohio with some "Ladies of the Night."

...blah, blah, I might be adventrous with my drag queens in bed (I leave that in common with Jason Carter.) *wink* but, I am also pretty adventurous with drinks. I like to try new things. 80% of the time, I like it. The other 20% of the time, I spit it out. *hehe*

I am a sucker for new, fancy, creative marketing, packaged libations. It could be lizard piss and I still want to try it. ARGH! It's very distracting sometimes.

Recently, I am loving trying "world drinks." Two weeks ago, Angel, CoolTom and I found a crazy drink store at the Farmer's Market that has lots of drinks. Unfortunately, my first three choices, they were out of. Hey, it's a tough world market out there, I understand.

Today, I came across a green drink that seems to be a Korean drink with Aloe Vera plant pulp. (It does not not look that appetizing actually.)
This photo is of my Target brand aloe vera gel I am rubbing on my Universal Studios sunburn today and the other is the drink. (I sure hope I don't get confused.)
It's very sweet, (...like me.) and although I like orange juice pulp, this reminds me of the consistency of some watered down snot. The drink tastes almost like what I think the gel would taste like, but won't be finding out.

One says, "Cools & soothes skin" the other reads, "BIEN AGITER AVANT DE SERVIER" (Shake well before serving."

I read THIS blog to satisfy my thirst for new and fun drinks. It's what I picture Angel and I about other things. It's written by two guys who are fucking' HILARIOUS and incredibly entertaining.

Sordid Lives

I just saw "Mr. Nightlife's Hollywood" blog about his new gig on Project Runway.
I have heard of "Sordid Lives" before, but I did not know what it was about. ...besides running across one here and there. *wink*
I looked it up today and I think it's something Angel Benton and I would enjoy. Not only because it has a former Golden Girl whose name sounds like it should be a street in New Orleans, but because it's so tacky yet meaningful that Angel would so pay more attention to it then most people. ...rightfully so.
The new one has Leslie Jordan in it who I am becoming more and more of a fan of.

CLICK HERE for the 2000 movie that the poster to the left is for However, CLICK HERE for the new information on the 2008 series I mentioned. Of course, my favorite thing is that they filmed it in Shreveport, Louisiana. YEA!
