I don't know what this Sprint commercial is talking about. It's all numbers like college algebra and accounting. Ouch, my brain hurts.
...and what the fuck? a 4G network? It sounds like four-gy, which sounds like threesome. ...a little. I don't know. I am not even used to the 3G. Oh gee... or is that OG?
I have a headache.
...and I've left a phone in a taxi. I thought I was the only one. Doh.
Hotel geek, Disneyland fan, recovering porn star and nothing short of a total mess.

New Cell Phone - AGAIN!
I had to get a new cell phone becasue I lost mine last night in the taxi in New York.
I called it in for an official report, but they said it would be two days before the taxi driver would have turned into the limo commision and that I would have to go to the police station and.... I couldn't deal with any more.
...with the mail in rebate (...which I hope they do this time.) it's only $229.99 or something like that.
When I went to the Sprint Store in New York (I AM NOT A BIG FAN OF SPRINT AT THIS POINT.) they told me it was the newest phone and has been out less than a week or so.
Online it looks like what I need and want, so moving on...
..so far, so good.
I like it.
...and plan on keeping it close. (I need to implant it in my head actually.) ARGH!
What about this lanyard deal, I should try that at least.

Sprint Customer No Solution
If you are trying to call me on my cell phone - don't.It appears my contract ran out on March 21 and I didn't realize it.
Instead of keeping the same plan I had which was something that was designed for my PocketPC phone, they set me back to ground zero and I didn't know.
How do I know now? I have $547.00 in charges since the 21st to today. ...that's about $45.58 a day.
It's great that I pay so much attention to my cell phone bill, huh? I should have caught it earlier.
Sometime in the evening they shut it off. I don't know when, I was in my office until about 7:00pm and I thought I answered some text messages right before I headed out.
My first couple of tries to call "Customer Solutions" was nowhere close to the name of the department.
I got disconnected at three different transfers. That's crazy.
...and it made crazy! I really lost my temper in the car. I pulled over at a 7-11 and took a few minuted to chill out. I was glad no one was around. Then I don't have to explain myself.
In the whole scheme of things, it's nothing, but man was I upset I could not get it fixed and that I had to take so much of my time to get attention to my issue.
I spent an hour explaining what happened to four different people. Finally, they agreed and took $400.00 off and put me back to the same plan. Well, at least, that's the last thing I heard.
The last guy said he would have to call me back in a half hour when he could work out the details. When I didn't hear from him, I called Sprint about 50 minutes later and got the "We are closed. Call during business hours Monday to Friday." Nice.
