Boy of the Moment - Alanis

Mardi Gras Mishap

I am so dumb and careless at times, I just looked at my Mardi Gras flight.
I booked it for February 19 to MARCH 26, not February.
I don't think I can afford to spend that much time in New Orleans.
...back to the drawing board.
*slaps forehead*

Wicked Good Theater

I went with Angel Benton to see his little sister's junior high school performance of a special blend of "Wicked" and "The Wizard of Oz."

Can I just tell you how special it was? It was SO COOL to see a junior high school production.
I am so proud of Angel's beautiful little sister. *loud clapping from the offices of Brandon Baker.*

My highlights and thoughts include:
  1. Angel's sister is so talented and showed all the other kids down. (I don't know if she'd like to hear that, she seems good at including other people and not thinking that way though.) She was 100 kinds of fierce. It must be rough because she's in a league of her own. While other kids looked to be struggling on parts, his wicked sister belted out beautiful notes of sound. They all did good, but man, his sister was top notch.
  2. There was one (...I would say reta*ded, but I have a high school friend who asked me to remove that word from my vocabulary.) developmentally delayed child who was in the cast as Dorothy's uncle and a few other minor roles and I was so happy to see that. Kudos to the school for inclusion of everyone. It did make for this underlying sound that was totally off from everyone else when he would join the singing, but you know what, life is like that. He seemed so happy to be involved and appeared to work extra hard to get the motions correct and execute them entirely.
  3. We arrived early and Angel and I walked on the sidewalk in the neighborhood for about 30 minutes and it was so beautiful outside. We talked about everyone and everything and it was grand!
  4. I have not seen "Wicked" (I lived with it for awhile. *wink*) but now I would totally like to. (Right, now that it's gone from the Pantages Theater right near where I lived. Great timing Brandon.)
  5. During one of the breaks there was a mix that Angel recognized as the Tracy Young re-mix of "Defying Gravity" and it was fucking AWESOME. CLICK HERE for a mix I found online that is cool too, it's no Tracy Young, but it's fun and you get the gist. The music from the Broadway play was beautiful.
  6. Angel's mom was also on the production team and it makes me so happy that their mom is so involved. My mom was too throughout my schooling and now I think it made a big difference in my life. Go mom! (Plus, his mom is so down to earth and fun.)
  7. His sister was green. ...not like green with envy like we get, she was painted green to play the character ofElphaba.
I can't tell how neat and special it was really, but if you have the opportunity, support your friends in theater, it was so cool.

JustUsBoys Column - Diversity in Porn

Here is the column Angel Benton and I write for JustUsBoys that is running currently.

I give Angel such a hard time every time we have to write to column and I always put it off to the last minute, but I am truly thankful to be able to write it with Angel, one of my best friends and be able to have the opportunity to write unique material for the magazine and the deal with the crazy, fun people who run it. YEA!

This issue was about "Diversity in Porn" and I so proud of the magazine for touching on such a topic. The magazine is filled with hot photos of diverse porn stars.

I don't know about the picture that goes with this month's article. I look a little "plastic" or something. I don't exactly know but it looks silly. (Oh well, so do I quite often.)

You can download the entire issue HERE or go to the specific article we pen HERE.

Angel and I just finished the article that will appear in the next issue as well and let me tell you, it's a hot topic that I just love and can't get enough of. *wink* Wait until you see it! *jumps up and down*

30 Seconds to Mars - The Kill

Jared Leto is SO HOT!
...and it's in a hotel, that's hot too!
Fierce!

My old web lady, adoringly referred to as my "Web Diva" told me about it.

Miami Escorts

I always hate to hear things like this, but if you are in or around Miami, the escort alert is on high. (I hope the boys aren't.)

Smokey the Bear has the forest fire alerts. (Does David Forest have the same alert?)
"Amber Alert!" belongs to the US Department of Justice. (What about Andrew Justice?)
Homeland Security hails the "National Threat Advisory" alerts, so we need one too.

This was addressed to the southern Florida rentboy.com contingent, but the rules apply to everyone all over the world.

Odyssey Ad

Okay, what's up with the ads and my photos?
I am thankful that Odyssey ran my ad but ummmmm.... what's with that photo?
I look a little crazy, don't you think?

First Escort Awards

I love this photo of Jeff, Tom, Angel and I at the first escort awards.
It's such a colorful photo even though it's in black and white.

Trio of Trouble

Howard sent me this photo of himself, Angel and I today.
I think we all look good.
YEA!

Site of the Moment - Abandoned And Decayed Hotels From Around The World

Apparently, I am not the only one who likes old, abandoned buildings in particular hotels.

There is something strangely and a bit sick I will admit, erotic and sexy about it to me.

Here are some photos I found online with a Google Search that turned up some cool results for me today.
I can spend some time looking through these.

Abandoned And Decayed Hotels From Around The World

HERE's an old Ramada Inn from Louisiana.

Often, the term of exploring old, abandoned buildings is "urban exploration" and is one of the search terms I use to find images online.

Boy of the Moment - Colby O'Donis

I know Colby O'Donis from the Lady GaGa video for 'Just Dance' (Everytime I see him, I think, "He's hot.") (I think it's the Puerto Rican in him.) Yesterday, I saw a billboard for him on Sunset Blvd. (left) and I still think he's hot.

Site of the Moment - www.ObamaIconMe.com

SHUT UP! (I mean don't really, though.) How cool is this?
I love it, I found a website where you can make your photo like the famous Obama icon.
Check out http://obamiconme.pastemagazine.com/ and see what yours will look like.

I should give credit to Shepard Fairey's and the website http://obeygiant.com/ who designed the now famous image of Obama that this is based off of.

Green Machine Drink

I like this "Green Machine" drink from Naked Juice, but it does feel like I should be making sounds like a goat drinking it out on the front lawn. It certainly looks like I am drinking blended grass.

A website lists the contents as; apple and pear juice blend, pineapple juice, mango puree, kiwifruit puree, banana puree with powdered sirulina, chorella, brocolli, green tea extrac, spinach, barley grass, wheat grass, blue green algae, exchinacea purpurea extract, odorless garlic.

It has the boost of broccoli. ...in a drink. Whoa.

That's a whole lotta green stuff. I like green stuff when it's money too.

It doesn't taste "baaaaaaaad." *wink*

Today's Look

I look like this today.

I have a thicker, and neater trimmed beard and no mustache but am enjoying the facial hair this week. (...or at least until the next mood swing.)
